Terms & Conditions – St Ives Theatre

By purchasing tickets for events at St Ives Theatre, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and accept that you are bound by them, as well as all relevant laws and regulations.

• Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start time to collect tickets or register your attendance.

• Child tickets are for those under the age of 16, we allow infants under 18 months to attend for free if they are in the arms of the adult.

• You must be over the age of 16 to attend any of our performances unattended, those aged 15 or below must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. ID may be requested.

• Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

• A £1 booking fee applies to all ticket sales. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• The management of St Ives Theatre reserves the right to refuse admission, even if you hold a valid ticket.

• Latecomers may only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance and at the discretion of theatre staff.

• St Ives Theatre accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen personal items while on the premises.

• Unless stated otherwise, all logos, artwork, and branding associated with St Ives Theatre are protected by copyright or trademark law. These may not be used, copied, or reproduced in any form without prior written consent.

• St Ives Theatre reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
